Obsidian Strategic, who are promoting the site, would like to present further information on the opportunity to provide new market and affordable homes in a location that is sustainable and well-connected.

The site is free from significant environmental constraints, benefits from strong natural boundaries, and lies close to the services and facilities within Charminster and Dorchester.

Matters are currently at an early stage and we are currently undertaking technical and design work to evolve a masterplan for the site. This, alongside public engagement, will help set-out how the site could provide new homes alongside public open space, play space and improved walking and cycling routes, benefiting the wider village.
